Thanks and gratitude go to all people that put their heads together at Lifewater to support our lives with drinking water. We appreciate the well they have constructed. To meet their water needs, the people of Buhari Dobi had to walk about 15 minutes each way to the nearest well. It wasn't a long trip but it was a dangerous one. Several women and children were hit by passing vehicles as they crossed the road to reach the well, which provided tainted water that often left people sick. Thanks to Lifewater Canada donors, there are now two wells in Buhari Dobi providing water to everyone that is safe to drink and only two or three minutes away from every home. It was a moment of joy for villagers as they prayed for the Lifewater drilling team's protection.
