The management, staff, and students of our school appreciate your humanitarian assistance by rehabilitating our water well. May God continue to upgrade your mission and vision. Thanks. -- Muhammad Suleiman
The break down of the hand-powered pump on the water well at GDSS Kwaka school had a negative impact on student attendance and performance. Boys and girls were forced to go out each day in search of other water sources, which prevented them from being in their classrooms. Also, the water they brought back to the school wasn't safe to drink, so it resulted in students being too sick to attend class, which caused them to fall behind in their studies. Thanks to our donors, a Lifewater team visited the school recently and replaced the broken hand pump. Now, safe water is readily accessible to everyone again, and children are coming to class healthy, energized, and excited to learn.
