Some community details (provided by our in-country partners)

The 250 people living in Konyango Kadete in Kisumu County rely on a communal well as the primary source of safe water for their homes. However, they lost access about a month ago when the well's hand-powered pump broke down. Trying to repair it proved futile. Everyone had to resort to other water sources, some of which are unsafe for human consumption. But thanks to Lifewater donors, the pump has been repaired and the flow of safe water restored -- giving residents better health.
