Some community details (provided by our in-country partners)

Kasraro community in Kisumu County has 600 children and adults who depend on a local well for their daily water supply. When the well's hand pump broke down, residents were left without a source of safe water. They were aware of the risk of becoming sick from water in small local reservoirs, but they had no other choice so they began drinking it. However, thanks to our donors, Lifewater has repaired the pump and brought back safe and easily accessible water to everyone.
