Some community details (provided by our in-country partners)

Orosa community in Kisumu County has 520 people who rely solely on a local well for their supply of safe water for domestic use. For 10 months, the well wasn't working due to a broken hand pump -- forcing residents to drink from ponds and other unsafe sources. This resulted in waterborne diseases such as cholera among children and adults. Recently, Lifewater Canada donors funded the repair of the hand pump and restoration of safe water to the grateful community. Thank you!

Every $1 you give provides a child with safe water for a year!
