To meet their daily water needs, some members of the Prevailing Church, Old Kutunku and the surrounding community relied on wheelbarrow-wielding vendors. But most people could not afford the vendors' prices so they were forced to drink from a far-off stream or hand-dug wells. These are contaminated sources -- putting everyone at constant risk of diarrheal diseases. But thanks to our donors, Lifewater has drilled a new well that is providing consistently safe water to the entire community.
