A message from the community

With gratitude in our hearts, we write to thank your organization for coming to our aid by repairing our damaged wells. We are grateful for the positive impact made in our lives. May God bless you greatly.

Some community details (provided by our in-country partners)

Residents of Nakpapi lived without safe water after the hand pumps on their two wells broke down. Everyone drank from hand-dug wells or a river shared with cattle and other domestic animals. These sources led to several waterborne diseases among both young and old in the community. Recently, Lifewater replaced both broken pumps (including this one) so safe and easily accessible water is available to everyone again.

Women and children in Nakpapi couldn't hide their joy. They danced with elation in response to the kind gesture of our donors.
