A message from the community

Dear Sir/Madame We all say a giant thank you very much to Lifewater company for the new well you drill for us. It has been six months and we don’t have any rain in Haiti. All the rivers are dry now and any dug wells have no water. Water is a big problem as a result. If Lifewater was not in country we don’t know how our life would be especially with all the problems will already have! Not having a good water to drink it would make it even worse. We will pray to God to keep the workers safe when they are out of the street; we love you Lifewater. Thank you Alexis Jeannot Well Caretaker

Some community details (provided by our in-country partners)

About 500 people live in this area and all will access the new well regularly Before this new well, we walked to the neighbouring village about 20 min walk 3-4 times daily, to get our drinking water. On average we spend 600 Goudes per week on water ($5.25 CDN)
