It had been a year since the villagers of Jenepleta community accessed clean water from their village well. The well became dormant and the residents would get water from alternative sources such as shallow wells and creeks. This is because the hand pump on the well stopped working. So, to ensure the residents are able to access clean water from the village well, Lifewater Canada repaired the broken hand pump, thus giving everyone access to clean water.
