This well is the only source of clean water in New Road community. So, when its hand pump failed, residents were unable to collect water from the well, their only resort was to fetch water from a shallow well also found in the village. However, our hand pump repair team from Service to Servants visited the village and fixed the broken hand pump. The grateful community has access to clean water, again.
