A message from the community

We appreciate your organization for helping our community with safe water. We greet you and say may God bless you. Thanks.

Some community details (provided by our in-country partners)

Sabo Wuse is along the Abuja-Kaduna expressway. It is an area that has become a hideout for criminals. When the hand pump on the community's well failed, both good people and bad people in Sabo Wuse were forced to start drawing their water from hand-dug wells or a distant river. These wells are open to the elements and therefore, like the river, prone to contamination that can cause diarrhea and other sicknesses.

Everywhere Lifewater's drilling and repair teams go, we have shown the love of Christ. In the Bible's Romans 5:8, it says: “But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” With that as our example, and with the support of our donors, Lifewater took the love of God to Sabo Wuse and repaired the broken hand pump, despite the negative reports we'd heart about the community. Now safe water is available to one and all.

Every $1 you give provides a child with safe water for a year!
