When the hand pump on the well serving Sewegbeh community stopped working, it did not just deny the residents access to clean drinking water, it also denied residents access to easily accessible water for their household activities. Residents struggled to acquire clean drinking and washing water because the only other option was a shallow well. But our donors enable the villagers to access clean water by funding the repair of their hand pump.
